The Alice

Located in the central neighbourhood of Jumeirah 3, just minutes from downtown Dubai and walking distance to the white sands of beautiful Kite beach, we offer a spacious, newly-renovated villad, carefully furnished to provide comfort fun activities and convenience to our guests with our rental villas in Dubai.

Exterior
Spread over 10000 square meters, our outside area offers guests a swimming pool, Cabana, Shower, Change Room, Toilet, Sauna and a large garden with a full-size swing set, sandpit, 10 ft. trampoline, badminton court, and barbeque area.

On the stone paved terrace, guests will find a gorgeous swimming pool of blank meters deep, with a shallow end for children. Relax on a sunbed, enjoy a cool drink in the shaded cabana bar, or cook on the barbeque.

Next to the pool is a 10 foot water sprinkler trampoline with safety net, big enough for 3 to 4 children to jump together.

The villa also features a very large lush lawn where children can play on the full-size swing set and climbing frame. The sand pit is perfect for toddlers, and easily transforms into a bocce ball court for adults. There is also a badminton.

Interior

The villa interior is modern and spacious, spanning blank square meters and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Ground Floors

On the ground floor you will find the open-concept living room, large screen TV’s and dining area with ensuite powder room. Across from the dining area there is a fully-equipped kitchen with electric stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle and a pantry area with a washing machine and iron/ironing board. At the other end of the hallway there is a home gym with a cardio machine and weights, and a bathroom with a shower. This level offers direct access to the garden, and a separate door into the garage.

Walking out the back door of the villa, there is a small outside area and a bedroom with a separate entrance, perfect for a maids room, an additional bedroom, or even a home office.

First Floors

Indoor stairs lead the guests to the first floor, where there are four bedrooms. There is a master bedroom with a king/super king bed, writing desk, small sitting area (?), walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with a shower and double sink. Sliding doors provide access to a large blank square foot balcony, which is partly shaded and furnished with lounge furniture.

The second bedroom has a queen/king size bed, large closet and balcony looking onto the courtyard. The third bedroom has a queen size/two single bed(s), large closet and a spectacular view of the Burj Khalifa.

The fourth bedroom can be used as a nursery, and has a crib, change table and rocking chair. It can be easily transformed into a single bedroom (with a single bed) if required. There is a shared bathroom with shower located between these three bedrooms.

At the top of the stairs is a games room with a pool table/ping pong table and air hockey table. The games room is surrounded by sliding doors leading onto a small private balcony on one side, and the larger balcony shared with the master bedroom on the other.

1. Check-in and check-out times

Check-in is 15:00 onwards and check-out is 11:00.

If you’d like to request a late check-out, please contact us through Airbnb or any of the contact details provided at the end of this manual. Please note that we may be unable to accommodate your request if we have a same-day check-in.

2. Getting Here

We are located approximately 17 mins drive from Dubai International Airport (DXB) and 35 mins drive from Al Maktoum International Airport.

We are located at 882 Al Wasl Road. The closest intersection is Al Wasl Road / Umm Al Sheif Road, and the nearest landmark is the Spinneys Shopping Centre. You can find our location on google maps here: …..

3. Parking

Your villas has a two-car garage where you can park for free. We ask that you not park any cars anywhere else within the compound, as it makes it difficult for others to get in and out. If you need additional parking, there is paid parking outside the front gate on Al Wasl Road, and free parking on the backside of the villa on Yamoor Street (coming out from the villa, take the first right onto Al Raaji Street, make a right into the sand lot and then make a right onto Yamoor Street. You can enter the compound from Yamoor Street, at the gate marked _________.

The Wifi network password are pasted at various places on the property and hard to miss

6. House rules

• No parties or events allowed no exceptions
• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult when outside in the compound, and when using the pool.
• Obey pool rules when using the pool.
• Only smoke on your private balconies using the ashtrays provided. Please do not smoke inside the villas.
• No unregistered guests allowed.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• Be respectful of our neighbours, and keep noise down after 10 pm.
• Please avoid running the ACs in rooms of the house you aren’t using.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times.
• Please take care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
• Please take care of the furnishings and appliances. You will have to pay for any damages that exceed the security deposit no exceptions
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises, Dubai has a zero tolerance policy

7. Air Conditioners

Each room is equipped with an AC unit. instructions on how to work each the remotes. In the interest of the environment, we ask that you not leave the AC running in rooms that you are not using, particularly if you will be out of the house for long stretches at a time.

8. Kitchen Appliances

Dishwasher

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. Dishwasher tabs are located _________. Instructions on how to operate the dishwasher are located ________________.

Washing Machine

The washing machine is located in the pantry, just off the kitchen. Laundry powder is provided ____________________.

Instructions on how to use the machine are located on the wall above it. A clothes-drying rack is located __________.

Please feel free to dry your clothes in the back outside area. Please note that clothes take only a few hours to dry in the Dubai heat, and it will almost certainly not rain. An ironing board and iron is located__________.

Coffee Machine

The kitchens are equipped with a Nespresso machine. Please follow the instructions printed on the side of the machine. Capsules are located in the black “coffee” tin on the counter. If you need more capsules, Spinneys and Carrefour carry their own brands of capsules that fit the machine, or you can purchase them from the Nespresso store located in Dubai Mall or Mall of the Emirates or online.

Stove

The kitchen is equipped with an electric stoves. To use any of the burners _________. To use the oven ____________. 9. Cleaning and Garbage

The villas are cleaned and the linen changed every 3 or 4 days. If you wish to take out the garbage yourself, please drop it into the large black coloured bin outside the front gate on Al Wasl road.
